1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pkwin ("pkwin", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pkwin.lat. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pkwin platform — including the casino, sportsbook, live dealer tables, slots, fishing games, and cashier — you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the pkwin platform. Your continued use of pkwin following any posted amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the pkwin platform. pkwin strictly prohibits access by minors. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of pkwin is lawful under the applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. pkwin does not represent that the services offered are available or legal in all jurisdictions.
- pkwin reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the user cannot demonstrate compliance with the minimum age requirement.
- You may only hold one active account on pkwin. Duplicate or multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of funds held across those accounts.
- Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of pkwin and its affiliated technology and payment partners are not eligible to participate as players on the platform.
3. Account Registration & KYC Verification
- To access real-money gaming features on pkwin, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number.
- pkwin implements a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering ("AML") best practices. You may be required to submit a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card ("CNIC") and a selfie with your CNIC before deposits or withdrawals are processed.
- Submission of false, fraudulent, or inaccurate identity documentation is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkwin login credentials. pkwin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your username and password.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals
- pkwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via supported payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, Meezan Bank, UBL, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Supported methods may change without prior notice.
- The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Maximum limits per transaction and per period are subject to account KYC tier and may be communicated via the cashier interface.
- Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your pkwin wallet instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time.
- Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval for standard accounts. VIP-tier players may be eligible for priority processing windows. pkwin reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing withdrawals.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules
- All bets and wagers placed on pkwin are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type — casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and fishing/arcade games each operate under their own distinct rulesets, which are displayed within the respective game or market interface.
- Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the pkwin system, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player. Bets are settled according to the official outcome of the relevant event or game round.
- pkwin reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, software malfunction, or manifest pricing error. Where bets are voided, stakes will be returned to the player's pkwin wallet.
- pkwin uses certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") software for all non-live casino and slot games. RNG certification is conducted by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure genuine randomness of game outcomes.
- Live casino game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of professional dealers in real-time studio environments. pkwin bears no responsibility for decisions made by players during live game sessions.
- In the event of a disconnection during a game round, pkwin's system will attempt to complete the round and settle the outcome based on available data. pkwin's records of game outcomes are the definitive reference in any dispute.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
- pkwin may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, or other promotional credits to registered players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods.
- Promotional offers are intended for genuine recreational use only. pkwin reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without first satisfying applicable wagering requirements.
- pkwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkwin platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with pkwin
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or pricing errors
- Colluding with other players or engaging in chip dumping on live poker or table games
- Using pkwin for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC
- Accessing pkwin from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by local law
- Abusing pkwin's customer support team or engaging in harassment of platform staff
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the pkwin platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and the pkwin brand — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkwin or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use pkwin solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any pkwin content without express written permission from pkwin. Unauthorised use of pkwin intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
- pkwin provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkwin disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- pkwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of funds arising from disconnection, system downtime, or third-party payment failures.
- pkwin's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
- Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
pkwin collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By using pkwin, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pkwin does not sell your personal data to third parties and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.
11. Responsible Gaming
- pkwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players are reminded that gambling should be treated as entertainment and not as a source of income. 18+ only.
